Literary & Commercial Fiction
Clear Ledger is particularly interested in **Legal Thrillers**, **Financial Noir**, and **Character-Driven Mystery**. We look for manuscripts where the "ledger" is unbalanced—stories involving moral debt, hidden histories, and technical precision.
We are also open to **Professional Non-Fiction** that explores the intersection of ethics, history, and commerce.

A Polished Query Letter: Include your genre, word count, and a brief "elevator pitch" of the work.

10-Page Excerpt: The first ten pages of your manuscript, pasted into the body of the email. No attachments for initial queries.

Synopsis: A 1-2 page summary of the complete narrative arc, including the ending.
When our windows are open, we require standard manuscript formatting:
- Times New Roman, 12pt
- Double-spaced
- 1-inch margins
- Page numbers in the header
